Visa

Participants are responsible for their own visa applications.

A letter of invitation can be provided by the local organizer (ABENS) upon request by email to swc2025@roqa.com.br including the following information: 

• Full name (as in your passport)
• Institution: 
• Address: 
• Passport number: 
• Date of birth:
• Place of residence: 

All SWC 2025 participants are responsible for their own visa application details, i.e. making sure their passport expiry date is within the requirements for visiting Brazil (more than 6 months validity) and that their passport is accepted for the visa applications.

Should the SWC 2025 participant need to cancel their registration due to issues receiving a visa, the regular cancellation fees apply. The Organizers assume no liability in connection with the participant’s stay in Brazil.
