Author registration closed - get ready for your presentations
Dear SWC 2025 Authors,
Author registration deadline closed 21 August. If you have not registered by then, your abstract cannot be considered for presentation anymore. In case you faced any issues with registration and would still like to be included in the program, please reach out to swc [at] ises.org.
If you are an author and have submitted an abstract, please log-in with the same email address and password created for the abstract submission.
What happens next?
- Start preparing your oral or poster presentations. Instructions can be found here: Presenting your work at SWC 2025.
- Start preparing your full paper (deadline for submission is 22 October). It is imperative that authors use the SWC 2025 FULL PAPER TEMPLATE and follow the guidelines and instructions. A full paper cannot exceed 12 pages (including references and appendix). Important note: Please make sure to include all authors above in the correct order and with correct spelling. This cannot be changed after submission. Further information and instructions can be found here: Publishing your work at SWC 2025.
Important note:
- A maximum of two papers can be presented per registered author at the congress. If your research group would like to present more than two papers, your co-authors need to register in addition or an additional fee must be paid.
- In advance of the event, accepted abstracts will be published in the internal conference area accessible to registered conference attendees. This allows attendees to prepare for attending the conference by familiarizing themselves with your work.
