SWC 2025 Special Issue in Solar Energy Advances Journal

A selected number of papers from SWC 2025 has been invited for publication SWC 2025 Select Papers in the new ISES scientific journal, Solar Energy Advances.

Solar Energy Advances is an ISES fully open-access journal reflecting the work being done in transforming our energy production and consumption into a fully renewable system. The journal covers a broad range of topics relevant to solar energy research, development and applications.

During the SWC 2025 abstract review process, the most outstanding abstracts were suggested for submission and potential publication in Solar Energy Advances by the reviewers. Authors have been informed in case their abstract was proposed by the reviewers and will be invited to submit a full paper for review and potential publication in SEA . Only authors who present their papers at SWC 2025 will be considered.

All abstracts and full papers will be pre-reviewed to determine if the paper meets the journal's requirements before undergoing the rigorous journal review process. Submitting authors are not guaranteed that their paper will be published in the journal. The open-access fee will be waived for papers accepted to the journal. More information about Solar Energy Advances can be found here.

Only a limited number of papers will be published in Solar Energy Advances and authors who are invited to submit their papers to SEA will be informed by the conference organizers to confirm whether they would prefer publication with Solar Energy Advances of whether they would prefer publication via the conference proceedings. "Double publication" in both Solar Energy Advances and the proceedings however is not possible.

Authors will be invited based on a review of accepted abstracts by the SEA team.
