SWC 2025 Conference Proceedings

All Authors with an accepted abstract and who successfully registered to present their paper on-site were invited to submit their full paper to the SWC 2025 proceedings. Please note that full papers must follow the SWC 2025 Full paper template and will only be published in the proceedings if accepted by the SWC 2025 Scientific Committee.

Important note: Please make sure that all authors are included in the correct order and with correct spelling. This cannot be changed after submission.

After the conference, all full papers submitted to SWC 2025 go through a full paper review process and on acceptance, they will be published in the ISES Conference Proceedings Database, a publicly accessible and searchable online database. All papers accepted for publication by ISES will be part of the conference proceedings with an ISBN and each paper will be assigned an individual DOI.

The Conference Proceedings are planned to be published in early 2026.

SWC 2025 Special Issue in Solar Energy Advances Journal

A selected number of papers from SWC 2025 has been invited for publication for a Special Issue on SWC 2025 in the new ISES scientific journal, Solar Energy Advances.

Solar Energy Advances is an ISES fully open-access journal reflecting the work being done in transforming our energy production and consumption into a fully renewable system. The journal covers a broad range of topics relevant to solar energy research, development and applications.

During the SWC 2025 abstract review process, the most outstanding abstracts were suggested for submission and potential publication in Solar Energy Advances by the reviewers. Authors have been informed in case their abstract was proposed by the reviewers and were invited to submit a full paper for review and potential publication in SEA. Only authors who presented their papers at SWC 2025 are considered. Authors who submitted to SEA could not submit to the SWC 2025 Proceedings. "Double publication" in both Solar Energy Advances and the proceedings is not possible.

All papers are pre-reviewed to determine if the paper meets the journal's requirements before undergoing the rigorous journal review process. Submitting authors are not guaranteed that their paper will be published in the journal. The open-access fee will be waived for papers accepted to the journal. More information about Solar Energy Advances can be found here.
